What do we deliver?
1. Product to your door,all part pricing includes delivery, no hassle for you, our customer, trying to arrange shipping and using your assets for shipment tracking, accounts payable etc.
2. Quality, EDP is ISO9001 registered. We have a full quality system that starts from the day we meet our potential customer until the time we ship product to our customers door.
3. On time delivery, this is maintained with our ISO9001 system.
4. Full service machine shop. We machine Aluminum, Magnesium, and Ductile Iron castings. We manufacture products from raw bar stock and plate materials; All Steels, Stainless Steel, Aluminum,Plastics etc etc.
5. We have an in house Aluminum anodizing and color dye system.
6. We design and build dedicated machining centers, fixtures, and retrofit small CNC Mills and Lathes.
7. We have a 45 cubic ft in-line vibratory deburring service for large volume product. We also have an ancillary 10 cubic ft vibratory bowl for smaller run products.
8. 13,000 square feet of manufacturing area.
